Conference App

We’re excited to share that this year’s conference agenda will also be accessible through the Conference4Me app. This tool makes it easy to stay up to date and organize your conference experience.

Key features:

  •  Always up to date: access the latest agenda, even with last-minute changes
  •  Search by keywords in titles, abstracts and author names
  • Create your own custom agenda to track sessions of interest

How to use it:

  1. Download the Conference4Me app (available on iOS and Android).
  2. Search for SAHC within the app.
  3. Start browsing, searching, and building your personalized schedule.

We hope this makes your conference experience smoother and more enjoyable!

Guidelines for oral presentations

  • Each presentation is 15 minutes in total: 12 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for Q&A. We kindly ask you to respect the timing.
  • To ensure your presentation is properly uploaded, we advise you to bring it on a USB stick directly to your session room at least 30 minutes before the start of your time block. Please notify the conveners and hand it to the support staff present in the room.
  • We strongly recommend testing your presentation and any related software during the breaks.
  • Lecture rooms are equipped with a fully integrated projection system and a desktop computer running Windows 11, with PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat We highly recommend bringing a PDF version of your presentation, especially if it was created on a different operating system (e.g., macOS or other Unix-like systems) or using alternative software (e.g., OpenOffice, Keynote, etc.).
  • The standard screen format at the SwissTech Convention Center is 16:9. You are free to choose your template for the presentation. If you want to include our logo, you can download it using the link below.
  • If your presentation includes a video file, please embed it into the presentation to ensure smooth playback. Also, remember to copy the video file to your USB stick and transfer it to the presentation computer.
  • File Naming Convention:
Name your file using the paper ID followed by the last name of the first author.
    For example:
    Paper ID: 1508
    Authors: Zhu Y, Beyer K, Saloustros S
    Filename: 1508Zhu.pdf or 1508Zhu.ppt
  • Technical assistance will be available in each room starting Monday, 15 September, at 09:00.
