Full/one-day registration

• Registration is open! Register through the conference administration webpage at https://www.conftool.com/sahc2025/
• Registration will close on August 31st. Papers without a registered presenter will be removed from the conference agenda and they will not be published in the conference proceedings.
• Please mention your full name and, if applicable, the paper ID when making the payment.
• Payments are accepted through direct bank transfer or credit card.
• Each registered participant is entitled to the publication of one abstract/paper.
• To include your paper in the conference proceedings and presentation program, each accepted contribution must be linked to a completed registration by July 31st.
• Registration is open to participants without a paper/abstract.
• Please note that if you are paying in another currency than Swiss Franc (only possible for direct bank transfer), please consider the current exchange rate and any potential banking fees. Above we have indicated the considered exchange rate for USD and EUR.

Cancellation policy

• Registration cancellation until June 30, 2025. The registration fee will be refunded with an administrative fee of 100 euros.
• Registration cancellation after June 30, 2025. There will be no reimbursement, the registration may be used by another participant from the same institution.

Other options

Half-day registration

• Half-day registration is for attendance only. It does not include the presentation or publication of a contribution, nor does it include lunch. While registering, you may choose one of the following options:
  – Morning sessions: 08:30 – 12:30
  – Afternoon sessions: 13:30 – 18:30

Accompanying persons

• The cost for an accompanying person is 170CHF. It includes welcome drink at the conference reception on Sunday September 14 at MUDAC, free visit to exhibition of the Olympic museum and social dinner at the Olympic museum on September 16. You can add the accompanying person by accessing to your account in the conference registration system here.
