• Please mention your full name and, if applicable, the paper ID when making the payment.
• Payments are accepted through direct bank transfer or credit card.
• Each registered participant is entitled to the publication of one abstract/paper.
• Please note that if you are paying in another currency than Swiss Franc (only possible for direct bank transfer), please consider the current exchange rate and any potential banking fees. Above we have indicated the considered exchange rate for USD and EUR.

Cancellation policy

• Registration cancellation until May 31st, 2025. The registration fee will be refunded with an administrative fee of 100 euros.
• Registration cancellation after May 31st, 2025. There will be no reimbursement, the registration may be used by another participant from the same institution.
